Nurture Bodywork and Wellness, LLC utilizes deep tissue massage and static stretching to release tension and increase the overall health and wellness of our patients. Sarah specializes in migraine relief, iliopsoas release for lumbar pain and tension, and myofascial release for connective tissue pain. Active stretching and release are common aspects of sessions with Sarah.
